Elizabeth Nelson, LMT

Hi there, 

I am Elizabeth, owner and therapist at Strivings Cease Massage. I am a graduate of Bluegrass Professional School of Massage Therapy, have training in John F. Barnes Myofascial Release and plan to further my training in this type of work as well.

I am a native of Prestonsburg, KY and I love my home-town. The opportunity to offer therapeutic services, as well as sharing the same healing and wholeness massage and myofascial release has brought to my life with others is a dream of mine I am eager to fulfill here.

My heart in doing body work is to help each individual feel better, live freely and experience healing in their body that allows them to live the best life our Creator has purposed them to live.
